Refund Policy

We have a rule that lets you return items within 30 days after you get them. If you want to return something, it has to be in the same condition as when you got it, with all the tags on it and in its original box. You’ll also need to show us the receipt or some other proof that you bought it from us. If you bought honey and opened it, we can’t take it back.

If you want to return something, just email us at sales@samsthiti.net. If we say it’s okay, we’ll send you a label so you can mail it back to us. We’ll tell you what to do next. But if you send something back without asking us first, we won’t take it. If you have any questions about returns, just email us at sales@samthiti.net.

Damages and Problems

Please check your order right away when you get it. If anything is wrong, like it’s broken, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can fix it.

Non-refundable Items 

There are some things we can’t accept returns for, like things that can go bad (food, flowers, plants), things we made just for you (special orders, personalised items), and things that can be dangerous (flammable liquids, gases). If you’re not sure if you can return something, just ask us.

We can’t give refunds on things that were on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange something for a different size or colour, it’s easiest to just return it and buy the new one separately.

Refunds

When we get your return, we’ll check it to make sure it’s okay and then let you know if you can get a refund. If you can, we’ll give you your money back the way you paid for it. But it might take a little while for your bank to put the money back in your account.

Please Note: Please note that Honey, being a natural product, tends to change colour over a period of time. It is not just our Honey; all 100% Natural, Non-additive, Excipient-free Honey will go dark in colour over time.”

Honey tends to crystallise and it is a natural process. Do not refrigerate honey.
